Why this matters
Not everything fits in a briefing. Ask lets you interrogate a costing conversationally — follow a hunch, test a target, or reason through a trade-off — with an assistant that remembers your project and grounds every answer in your own data.
A concrete example of this at work.
A costing already briefed, and a question: “If my target FOB is $22, where does the room have to come from?”
A grounded answer: “At $22 you are $2.80 over. The realistic room is shell fabric (~12% high ≈ $1.60) and packaging spec (≈ $0.70); labor and zipper are already in-line.”
