Every analysis draws on your monthly usage allowance. An Instant Briefing is the lightest action, a Deep Dive is the heaviest, and Ask sits in between depending on how deep the question goes. On the plan cards, one full analysis means an upload, its briefing and a Deep Dive. You always see what is left as a percentage, and we tell you on screen before it runs out.

Both. Toggle at the top of the page. Annual is billed as ten months up front — so you get two months free every year, on any paid plan.

Pro is a full Deep Dive workspace for one person. Team adds a shared workspace with five seats, an admin-set margin floor, and approval before plans and orders go out. Each seat’s monthly usage goes into one shared team pool paid by the account owner, and every member draws from it. For 6–10 seats there is Scale; 11 or more is Custom. If two or more people touch the same costing, Team is the one.

Your monthly allowance refreshes each billing cycle. If you run out mid-month, you can top up any amount — billed in USD and applied instantly.

Paddle is our merchant of record and calculates and remits VAT/GST automatically based on your location. Nothing extra for you to file.

Yes — upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime. Upgrades apply right away and the price difference is prorated automatically. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the billing period you paid for — until then nothing changes, and you can keep your plan from Settings. Purchased usage, Line Plans and Costing Plans stay with you.

The account owner pays: every seat draws on one shared team pool. The owner and admins see what each member spent from it in dollars, can set a monthly limit per seat, and get an alert when the pool passes 80% and 100% in a month. The team activity log records seat, floor and approval changes and who opened which team plan or costing sheet — Team shows the last 30 days, Scale 90, Custom 365.

No. Keep the system that stores your styles and costs. GRAINSIFT reads the files it already exports — Excel, CSV, PDF and more, in any layout — and hands back Excel and PDF. There is no direct connection to other systems yet, so nothing needs to be installed or set up by IT.

Your system builds and stores the cost. For a brand, GRAINSIFT reads each incoming quote line by line against your target and walk-away price. For a factory, it checks the quote before it goes out and explains each line the way the buyer will read it. Both sides see the same numbers, every round and the reason a price moved stay on record, and nothing you upload is shown to any other brand or factory.

Team features pause for every seat. Team plans, floors and history are kept, not deleted, and come back as they were when the owner subscribes to Team or Scale again.

No. You start alone, on a personal account. Nothing leaves your workspace unless you press an explicit button — inviting a counterpart or sending an order to your departments. After an order has been sent, any revision or cancellation of it is emailed to those departments automatically. Analysis (upload → Instant Briefing → Deep Dive → Ask) sends no signal to anyone.
